Public accounting and business advisory firm recognized for third time by Crain’s Detroit Business
LANSING, Mich. – Maner Costerisan has been honored as one of Southeast Michigan’s Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year. The Lansing-based public accounting and business consulting firm ranked No. 27 this year.
"Being recognized as one of the best places to work in Southeast Michigan for three consecutive years underlines our commitment to creating a supportive environment where our team members are celebrated and their contributions are truly valued," said Trey Williams, CPA, president of Maner Costerisan. "This recognition is meaningful as it reflects the overall satisfaction felt by our employees and the positive feedback they continue to share as part of the survey process.”
The prestigious ‘Best Places to Work in Southeast Michigan’ list, created by Crain’s Detroit Business in partnership with Best Companies, annually honors the top 100 companies across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Ingham, Livingston, Lapeer, Genesee, St. Clair, Monroe, Lenawee, and Jackson counties. The region is home to over half of the state’s population and a significant share of its businesses and industries.
Maner Costerisan ranked No. 27 on this year’s ‘Best Places to Work’ list after its employees completed an extensive two-part survey process. The first part assessed each company's policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, contributing 25% to the overall score. The second part involved an employee survey and gauged employee experience
and satisfaction, accounting for 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores from both components determined the final rankings and top companies.
Companies also had to fulfill the following requirements to be considered:
· Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity;
· Be a publicly or privately held business;
· Have a facility and at least 15 employees working in Southeast Michigan; and
· Be in business for a minimum of one year.
Maner Costerisan has consistently earned regional and national recognition from top accounting publications for its exceptional work culture, further demonstrating its commitment to supporting its employees through a variety of impactful initiatives, including:
· Maner Costerisan Cares, a community outreach program designed to allow team members to contribute their time and resources to local causes and organizations;
