Co-host McCallum’s love of the filmmaking world, from acting, to writing, to producing, to directing is no surprise. His first trip to Sundance was a preparation he came ready for. SBW got to hear it from him while he was there getting ready to view several of the film shorts and features that Sundance presents.

In addition, McCallum’s friend and Director Rudy Valdez was one of the lucky filmmakers whose film was one of those selected to be viewed at the festival. The film “The Sentence” was no easy subject to tackle and it looks like it’s coming to a major network soon. 

McCallum’s experience at Sundance included events galore, and at one, the HBO party, he got to meet and enjoy dialog with actor Craig Robinson-The Office. You can hear in his voice that MMc had an amazing time and it looks like an annual trip is in store. Hmmm, maybe SBW will join in this adventure. Stay tuned!
