At the Michigan State Numismatic Society (MSNS) annual Fall Convention in Warren, Michigan on November 28, 2021, MSNS President Stephen Friedman presented Liberty Coin Service CEO and Owner Tom Coulson with the organization’s President’s Award.
Said Tom Coulson, “In bestowing this award on me, I was recognized by MSNS for my serving customers and the hobby for 35 years, serving on the MSNS board of directors, volunteer activities such as teaching classes in coin collecting, mentoring young numismatists, doing research for the national coin dealer trade association, and encouraging the efforts of other Liberty Coin Service staff to support the hobby and industry.”
To the general public, Tom is best known for his weekly podcast interview on Thursday mornings by Steve Gruber on WJIM-AM 1240. Last week’s interview is archived at https://stevegruber.podbean.com/e/tom-coulson-coin%C2%A0submissions-this-week/.
