Welcome Scott, recently we were trying to stay cool, on the campus of Michigan State University as we gathered for an event with U.S. Senator Stabenow - Feeding Michigan and Beyond. Before we discuss that, can you share a bit about Michigan Farm Bureau, for the Michigan business community?
As alluded to earlier, the Michigan Farm Bureau was recently involved in Feeding Michigan and Beyond. That roundtable event included Senate Agriculture Committee Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow and the Michigan Food Bank Council of Michigan, among others. Scott, tell us more about the event and what was discussed there.
The Michigan Farm Bureau recently held a ribbon-cutting event for your newly renovated office in Lansing. What went into that revamp and how is it important to your members, and the Greater Lansing community?
