Michael Rogers, vice president of communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan, talks with Melissa Allen, owner of The Mini Maker Space, a mid-Michigan-based kid focused maker space. Maker spaces focus on teaching the community how to make and create things. The Mini Maker Space does the same thing, but for kids. Creativity and curiosity are encouraged in a safe environment, with hands on teaching.
