Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives can feel like a “check-the-box” exercise at many companies without any real progress. Join this session as law professionals discuss various ways organizations can evolve into a natural progression that has strong ties to DEI sustainability, driven by actionable strategies that are critical to changing culture and impacting the legal industry's primary stakeholders.
Join us for our inaugural Michigan Legal Diversity Summit. The theme for the 2022 summit is Moving Beyond Intent: DE&I in Action. The summit will educate and provide attendees with best practices and facilitate a robust exchange of insights, concepts, and strategies on the legal profession’s key diversity, equity, and inclusion challenges and solutions. Connect and engage with individuals who share a passion for professional development and the advancement of a more equitable and just society.
