GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. —The Grand Rapids office of Foster Swift Collins & Smith welcomes two associates: Keith T. Brown and Nicholas J. Stock II.
Keith (left) joins the firm's Municipal & Public Entity practice group. Prior to joining Foster Swift, Keith previously served as a research attorney and then as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher P. Yates for the Michigan Court of Appeals where he drafted opinions and memorandums, advised on motions, and assisted with other administrative matters. Keith received his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Nick (left) joins Foster Swift's Business & Tax practice group, focusing his practice in the areas of entity selection, corporate tax, international and federal tax law, SALT (State and Local Tax) and other tax disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Nick was a Tax Analyst for a number of companies including Amazon and DTE Energy.
Nick earned both his B.A. and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University. Nick earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
