Attorney Michael Khoury, of Jaffe Raitt Heur & Weiss, talk about the top five mistakes committed by entrepreneurs when launching a company. Michael Khoury is a member in the firm's Corporate and Technology Groups, and is also Co-Chair of the Firm's Emerging and Growth Business Practice Group. Michael focuses his practice on commercial, business and technology matters, including start-ups and emerging businesses, computer and information technology matters, software licensing and development agreements, domestic and international distribution agreements, outsourcing, intellectual property, commercial transactions, general business and corporate law.

Michael has substantial experience in data privacy and security. He also has specialized knowledge in the protection of technology rights in a bankruptcy situation, and has lectured nationally on that topic and on information technology contracting and sourcing transactions. He is also a trained mediator and was previously a member of the mediation panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
