Competence in Business and Volunteerism in the Community

Leadership Lowdown
April 22, 2015 4:30 PM

LeadershipThere is a significant move among the emerging generations that demands effectiveness both in the workplace, and impact in the community. This 'Double Bottom-line' is a powerful combination of competence in business and volunteerism in the community. Jamie Schriner-Hooper embodies this ideal completely. She leads the Community Economic Development Association of Michigan.

She also serves on numerous boards, volunteers as a Big Sister at Big Brothers Big Sisters, and plays a large role in urban renewal as a resident and property owner in Old Town in Lansing. Jamie lives a life of impact by combining hard work, great leadership, insightful intelligence and a passion for the 'Double Bottom-line.' She is my guest on the Leadership Lowdown.

Leadership Lowdown, hosted by Vic Verchereau, provides positive and practical principles for leaders who want to multiply their influence and take their team to the next level of effectiveness.
