Peter Olmsted (above), Managing Director of Executive Search, spent 25 years working in HR leadership positions at both public and private companies. He was the Senior VP of HR for a $6 billion diversified global manufacturing company as well as a VP of HR for a $1 billion consumer products company.

Premec Rich Rich Premec Jr. (left), Director of Executive Search, has over 35 years of experience in recruiting, sales and sales management, marketing, logistics, and general management. Rich began his career in global logistics, where he contributed to the growth of one of today’s leading global logistics providers. Shortly thereafter, Rich pursued business ownership by purchasing an executive search franchise.
