BWL Haco Customer Service Center to Reopen for First Time since pre-COVID
The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) has launched fee-free payment kiosks in six local Quality Dairy Stores. The kiosks will be available at the following locations:
- 700 N Pine St
- 2121 W Holmes Rd
- 4500 W Saginaw Hwy
- 5100 S Waverly Rd
- 5010 Dunckel
- 3332 E Lake Lansing Road
“Quality Dairy has been a part of the Lansing area for over 86 years; offering our customers a wide variety of fresh bakery, dairy and grocery products. We are continually searching for ways to support the community and are excited to offer our customers a convenient way to pay their utility bill from the Lansing Board of Water & Light and DivDat,” said Ken Martin, CEO of Quality Dairy. “These kiosks add to our mission to provide our customers with great service and enhances the convenience we can offer in our stores.”
The payment kiosks are a convenient, accessible and fee-free option for customers to pay their BWL bills. The kiosks are a safe and secure payment option and will accept multiple forms of payment including cash, check, credit and debit card.
BWL partnered with kiosk provider DivDat whose clients include City of Detroit, State of Michigan and Wayne County.“DivDat’s bill payment kiosks offer Lansing Board of Water & Light customers the opportunity to pay their BWL bills how they prefer – when and where it’s most convenient for them – in select QD locations,” said Jason Bierkle, President & CEO of DivDat. “We applaud BWL for making it easier for customers to pay their bills, and look forward to serving Greater Lansing and its residents by providing more ways to pay.”
Additionally, BWL will reopen its Haco Customer Service Center, located at 1232 Haco Drive, on Monday, December 5 for the first time since its closure due to COVID. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is being held at this hour to celebrate the new kiosks. It was planned for Quality Dairy, 5010 Dunckel. with BWL General Manager Dick Peffley, City of Lansing Mayor Andy Schor, Quality Dairy officials, DivDat officials
