MCSB Announces the 2020 Small Business Award Recipients
Lansing, Mich– Small business owners and supporters will come from all across the state to show their support for Michigan’s growing companies at the state’s premier awards program for small business. The 16th Annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB) awards gala will be held virtually on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

The Founding organizations have been hard at work getting ready for another amazing celebration for Michigan small businesses.
There's a reason that the Michigan 50 Companies to Watch are considered the growth leaders of Michigan small businesses. Our awardees have to make it through two rounds of judging AND a due diligence review in order to receive the coveted 50 Companies to Watch award. Our due diligence review looks for key indicators of financial stability and growth integrity.
Discover Manufacturing week is coming up Monday September 30th through Friday October 4th! During this time, businesses such as MediSurge, a western Michigan local medical manufacture, will be opening its doors to high school students as a way to share careers in Manufacturing. They will be giving students tours and allowing them to ask questions about the field.
This is a great opportunity to increase awareness of the manufacturing needs in West Michigan, as well as highlight medical manufacturing the amazing work they do, and the Kent County celebrated week.
