In the early days, products and services included phone systems, local and long distance service, and message on hold services. The Internet was introduced in 1996 and the company’s founder recognized the growing need for small businesses to create a presence on the Internet. The name of the company changed to Smart Link Solutions in 1996 and product offerings expanded to include website design, Internet marketing, and digital marketing solutions. Throughout this time Smart Link Solutions has hired service-oriented people with the demonstrated expertise needed to deliver and support its ever-growing line of solutions. Most of the original team members are still with the company.”
