As we are in the midst of the holiday season, and as 2021 comes to an end, I have reflected on the year and am always filled with gratitude for the businesses, leaders, and members of our local community.
While the hopes of this year made it a trying one, in many ways, we have seen tremendous growth and innovation at so many different levels and across so many different industries and initiatives. Because of these endeavors, partnerships, and this catalytic momentum, I am confident our community will see future successes for years to come.
As you make your purchases this holiday shopping season, I encourage you to show your support and make an effort to make those purchases with the small businesses in our local community. To help make that decision a little easier and to offer much-needed support to those small businesses that have been through it all over the past 21 months, we are bringing back a very popular program for the season!
We are grateful for the support of Consumers Energy in providing Bay Future, Inc. and the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce with an opportunity to incentivize community members to make that extra effort to #supportlocal.
Today, at 12:00 pm, the “Buy Local, Buy BC Gift Card Program” will relaunch again with a special; spend $25, get $25 free, all in thanks to the “Our Town” promotion.
To read more about this opportunity read our Press Release hereor follow us on Facebook. (The link to purchase gift cards will be posted there as well!)
Happy reading,

For the MEDC to adapt its programming and to continue to provide high quality business support that meets your needs, it is asking business owners across the State, like you, to complete a brief survey. The survey will only take about 7 minutes to complete.
