Bricks Flicks

Join us Tuesday, August 11, at the historic US 23 Drive-In Theater for Bricks Flicks, presented by General Motors and proudly sponsored by Huntington National Bank.

This family-friendly evening under the stars is a Back to the Bricks® tradition, bringing together classic cars, community, entertainment, vendors, concessions, and, of course, a FREE movie.

This year’s featured film is F1, starring Brad Pitt.

Gates open at 2:30 p.m., so come early and make an afternoon and evening of it. Enjoy music and entertainment from DJ Scott Kuhl, vendors, official Back to the Bricks® merchandise, concessions, and plenty of opportunities to visit with fellow car enthusiasts.

Families will also want to head to the back parking lot of the theater for special kids’ activities and family fun. Guests can check out the Mundy Township Fire Department ladder truck, see a display of race cars from local racers, and enjoy so much more before the movie begins.

Drive-in concessions will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

A few reminders for guests: alcohol and grills are prohibited. Pop-up canopies must be placed in front of or behind your vehicle due to limited parking and must be taken down before the movie begins. Bricks Flicks is a rain-or-shine event, and the movie will be shown regardless of the weather.

Bricks Flicks is more than a movie night. It is a chance to reconnect with friends, bring the family together, admire some incredible vehicles, and celebrate the automotive heritage and community spirit that make Back to the Bricks® so special.

Rolling Cruise & Roll On In

We’re excited to welcome everyone back to the Grand Blanc High School for another incredible evening of classic cars, trucks, community, and celebration during the Back to the Bricks® Rolling Cruise!

In collaboration with Back to the Bricks®, the Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the 5th Annual Roll On In, a FREE, family-friendly event featuring hundreds of classic cars and trucks.

NEW THIS YEAR — THE LIL CRUISERS PARADE, sponsored by Timothy’s Tractors!

Register your child, bring their own battery-operated car or truck, and let them get in on the cruising action. Best of all, it’s completely FREE!

Throughout the evening, enjoy:

• Music

• Local vendors

• Raffles

• Family-friendly activities

• And plenty of four-wheeled nostalgia!

Roll On In is about more than great cars. This special community event also helps support The Confidence Project, an initiative dedicated to providing 300 local children with a fresh haircut and a brand-new pair of shoes for the upcoming school year.

Bring your chairs, bring your blankets, bring the family, and if you have a classic ride of your own, bring that too!

Come spend the evening with us at Grand Blanc High School as the Back to the Bricks® Rolling Cruise gets underway. Great cars. Great people. A great cause. And one incredible night in Grand Blanc.

The Rolling Cruise parade route will stretch from the historic “red bricks” of Saginaw Street in Downtown Flint through Burton and Grand Blanc Township to the City of Grand Blanc. Thousands will line the streets to see a diverse array of classic cars and vehicles.

Vehicles could join or leave the cruise AT WILL anywhere along the route in both directions from 4-9 PM. Police presence the entire time, no burnouts.

So grab your favorite gal, ‘rev those engines, and cruise on over to Grand Blanc High School from 4 – 8pm. The Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce is PROUD to be a PIT STOP at this year’s Back to the Bricks® Rolling Cruise!

Car buffs have another opportunity to watch or participate in the 2nd Day of the Rolling Cruise on Thursday. Burnouts and alcohol are strictly prohibited during the Rolling Cruises.

Friday August 14th

Cruise “N” Concert

The excitement continues on Friday, August 14th as the Cruise “N” Concert returns to Downtown Flint, with a FREE Concert on the Bricks!!!

Friday Night in Downtown Flint: Cruise N Concert 2026 Downtown Flint is the place to be on Friday, August 14, as Back to the Bricks® Main Event Week continues with an unforgettable evening of classic cars, live music, great food, and community fun.

Street closures begin at 3:00 p.m., when Saginaw Street and surrounding side streets will close to regular traffic and begin filling with collector cars. Bring your classic ride, grab your lawn chairs, and come early to enjoy everything happening throughout Downtown Flint.

From 3:00–9:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy collector cars lining the streets, open downtown restaurants and bars, food trucks, automotive vendors on the Flat Lot, official Back to the Bricks® merchandise, and plenty of time to visit with friends and fellow car enthusiasts.

All new this year, the Mid-Michigan Section of SAE International will again present the Harlow H. Curtice Hometown Memorial Trophy on stage at 5:30pm, before the concert.

The award will be presented to either the Buick or Chevrolet that Harlow Curtice would most likely enjoy driving. The winning car for the Harlow H. Curtice Hometown Memorial Trophy will be selected from the cars on display at Back to the Bricks® Tune-Up Party Week in July- August, 2026 by a team of engineers representing the Mid-Michigan Section of SAE (an international professional society for engineers in the mobility industry). The award will be presented to the winning car owner at The Cruise “N” Concert event on August 14th. 

Then at 6:00 p.m., the music takes over on the Big Stage at Kearsley and Saginaw.

Celebrating 50 Years of Night Moves with This year’s headliner is Lookin’ Back – A Tribute to Bob Seger, Detroit’s original Bob Seger legacy band.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Bob Seger’s legendary Night Moves album, Lookin’ Back will perform the entire album live, track-for-track, bringing fans the songs that helped define a generation.

Expect favorites including “Night Moves,” “Mainstreet,” “Rock and Roll Never Forgets,” and more, performed with the energy and musical integrity that have made Lookin’ Back a favorite among Seger fans.

The group is made up of experienced musicians from the United States and Canada and has even collaborated with original Silver Bullet Band members, including Alto Reed and Charlie Martin.

Opening Act: Allentown – A Billy Joel Tribute

Before Lookin’ Back takes the stage, Allentown – A Billy Joel Tribute will kick off the evening with the unforgettable music of another classic rock icon.

From Billy Joel favorites to the unmistakable sound of Bob Seger, this year’s Cruise N Concert promises an incredible night of music from beginning to end.

Saturday August 15th

Main Event Day!!!

Drivers can begin arriving at 6 am in the staging area on Fifth Avenue at Saginaw and Harrison Streets to secure a spot for the SATURDAY SHOW. Cars will be escorted in around 8 am to find their place on the bricks.

Coffee Beanery will be on hand to get you all FUELED up for the show!

The Opening Ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday with a rousing salute to our veterans and active-duty personnel. A Color Guard accompanied by some of America’s finest will march from the north of the statue plaza to the stage.

This special ceremony, featuring the FSPA Brass Quintet, which is the Flint School of Performing Arts Brass Quintet and is comprised of faculty and former students of the Flint School of Performing Arts. They will honor the men and women of the armed forces for their service and sacrifice to our country. BttB honors those who protect and defend the freedoms we hold dear, past and present, those who paid the ultimate sacrifice, and those who continue to answer the call. The program will include a Military Flyover, an Invocation from Pastor Kevin Galloway II who serves as the Lead Pastor of NTC Church, and an inspiring performance of our National Anthem by Huck Sorrell, a 13-year-old vocal student at the Flint Institute of Music, studying under Lateena Martin, and one veteran will take home VETERAN OF THE YEAR 2026, an all NEW award Back to the Bricks will present.

This year, thanks to our Veterans Shirt Sponsor, Huntington Bank, we will be giving away 400 limited-edition Veterans’ T-shirts. Sizes are limited, no holds, Veterans must pick up from the table following the Opening Ceremony. Must show some form of a card, hat, etc. to receive a shirt.

Thousands of the finest classic and custom vehicles, hotrods, and dream cars line the streets of downtown Flint.

The Main display area, also known as the Flat Lot has something for everyone. Beginning with the opening ceremony, you will want to be there to experience the excitement, see the Feature Cars, check out the automotive vendors, and taste the delicious food that is synonymous with Back to the Bricks ®, one of the best Classic Car Events in the Nation. 

During the Main Event on Saturday, there will be a Swap Meet on the corner of Court and Saginaw Streets, and alongside this will be the Vintage Camper Display.
