TROY, Mich., January 2025 – Automation Alley, Michigan’s Digital Transformation Insight Center, is bringing its well-received Integr8 Roundtable series to the RAPID + TCT Conference, on April 9 at Huntington Place in Detroit.

Automation Alley’s Integr8 Series roundtable at RAPID + TCT, titled Additive Manufacturing and its Expanding Role, will be focused on the power and possibilities of additive manufacturing, including discussions about cutting-edge developments in 3D printing, materials innovation, and how manufacturers can scale and integrate this technology into their workflows. The roundtable will bring together leaders from technology, manufacturing, government and academic sectors and will be moderated by Automation Alley COO and Project DIAMOnD CEO Pavan Muzumdar.
The Integr8 roundtable discussion on 3D printing is part of an evolving series of roundtable discussions that will be held throughout the year focusing on various aspects of Industry 4.0 manufacturing and technology.
Last year, Automation Alley’s Integr8 Roundtable Series featured invite-only roundtable sessions and included 11 free industry playbooks providing companies with advice and strategies for how to adopt and embrace new technology. In 2025, as manufacturers continue to grapple with fast-paced technological changes, Automation Alley plans to continue its series of roundtable discussions.
Roundtable attendance will be limited to ensure meaningful dialogue. Details about the 2025 Integr8 Roundtable Series, including invitation requests, sponsorship information as well as a full agenda and descriptions of each roundtable are available at integr8series.com.
In addition to moderating the roundtable discussion, Muzumdar will also speak at RAPID + TCT on April 8. Muzumdar plans to talk about transforming manufacturing with distributed 3D printing networks and lessons and innovations learned from Project DIAMOnD. Project DIAMOnD will also be an exhibitor at RAPID + TCT for the full conference from April 8-10. Those interested in learning more about the program or how to apply for a grant-funded 3D printer and training should visit the booth to learn more.
“I look forward to attending the RAPID + TCT Conference every year because it brings together the most innovative people and best companies in this industry who showcase their latest innovations,” Muzumdar said.
