The deadline for the City of Lansing $75,000 Arts Impact Project Grant letters of intent is fast approaching. We are pleased to share the news of this creative opportunity. If you have an amazing project idea you’d like to see come to life in Lansing, then now is the time to apply. All you have to do is send a simple letter of intent to membership and program manager Taylor Haslett! She will review them for basic eligibility, and those who qualify will receive an invitation to submit a full proposal.

The Arts Impact Project application is a two-step written or video submission process in which interested parties can share their creative impact idea to be reviewed by a panel.
- Step one: Interested parties send a simple letter of intent to Taylor Haslett to be reviewed for basic eligibility.
- Step two: Applicants who submit eligible projects will be notified with an invitation to provide a full proposal to the program for review.
High Impact
One award of $75,000 will be made to an individual, group of creatives, arts organization or non-profit organization for a large-scale, high-impact arts project to be completed within the City of Lansing.
The FY26 grant is now open with Letters of Intent due by
5 p.m. on Oct. 17, 2025.
For those invited to submit, a full grant proposal will be due by 11:59 p.m.,
Nov. 26, 2025.
