Chris Holman
Founder and CEO
Chris Holman is the founder and CEO of Michigan Business Network. For over 40 years Chris has used his skills as an entrepreneur to successfully start businesses, launch magazines, run companies, serve on community boards, and host various talk show programs on both radio and internet. Currently, he is the primary host of on MBN’s talk program Michigan Business Beat.
Appointed in 2006 as Michigan’s Small Business Advocate by then Gov. Jennifer Granholm, Chris has served as a liaison between the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and small business owners while working closely with the Michigan Business Ombudsman’s offices.
Chris is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, a husband, and father to three children, grandfather of seven.
Jeffrey Mosher
Operations Director
Jeffrey Mosher is the Operations Director for Michigan Business Network where he puts to use his two decades of experience in radio news, sports, and weather to coordinate web content, edit audio, record off-site interviews, and capture business events across Michigan.
He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Minor in Economics, and completed emphasis in Accounting and Broadcast Communications all from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Jeffrey occasionally covers segments for Michigan Business Network hosts.
Sarah Mosher
Events Coordinator
Sarah Mosher is Events Coordinator for Michigan Business Network. She comes from a retail, insurance, and storage background. She attended Baker College and graduated from Lansing Community College.
She is mother to two High School students, and wife of MBN’s Jeffrey Mosher. She assists with Mr. Holman’s schedule, Michigan Business Network’s statewide business calendar, and coordinates MBN’s over half dozen yearly events primarily focused on the MBN Speakers Series.
Benjamin Robinson
Audio/Video Assistant Graphics Director
Benjamin Robinson is a dependable creative thinker, looking to grow and apply his skill-set for an employer with a technology-focused environment. He’s been brought on to edit audio from MBN interviews for streaming and podcasts.
He is using his desire to learn, positive attitude, effective communication, and ability to work independently or collaboratively on a team, in order to provide the best client experience.
He’s a husband and father to a daughter.
Wade Tong
Human Resources, China Channel Expansion Generalist
Xing (Wade) Tong is originally from China where he spent his first 20 years. His love for school has taken him across the world starting at the University of Liverpool in the UK where he finished a bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering. He then decided to come to the U.S. to further his education and achieved his first Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in Human Resource and Labor Relations. After graduating from Minnesota, Wade decided to come to Lansing, MI where he had an internship and started working on his second Master’s Degree in the College of Science, majoring in Computer Science from the University of Michigan Flint. He also has a passion for inter-cultural exchanges. His life’s journey has helped him realize the importance of empathy and communication between different cultures. He is now with Michigan Business Network helping develop content that shows the positive exchange of activities between US and China.
