New Housing Projects Boost Five Michigan Communities

The state’s Revitalization and Placemaking program is supporting new housing and mixed-use redevelopment projects in Cheboygan, Lowell, Petoskey, Spring Lake and Zeeland. This $21.3 million in total investment will create 78 new residential units while transforming vacant properties.

The MSU Research Foundation manages an endowment built from decades of licensing revenue, providing over $10 million annually in research funding through its ecosystem of innovation partners, including Spartan Innovations and Red Cedar Ventures.
