Keith Lambert, Tri County Development Manager for LEAP discusses his role with LEAP serving the suburban and rural areas of our community and the industries that are thriving within them including the dairy industry. Keith also discuss an interesting art program he is working on to connect artists with the public sector to do a public art installation under the 127 overpass connecting East Lansing and Lansing.
