We welcome first time guests Lansing based photographer/event planner Candice Wilmore, and from Hollywood director, editor, producer Cynthia Fitzpatrick to talk about the film, Fitzpatrick directed ” Inside Peace”. The film makes its Michigan premiere on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 ~ 7PM, at the Hannah Community Center located at 819 Abbot Rd. Lansing, $5 donation at the door. The event is being hosted by: Big Barn Productions, and the East Lansing Film Festival.
Fitzpatrick and Wilmore share the story behind the documentary that covers the lives of 4 inmates who were locked up in a San Antonio, Texas prison. Writer Rosie Lee, a long-time friend of Wilmore’s, wrote “Inside Peace”, and helped in bringing it to Michigan. Winner of numerous festival event awards, “Inside Peace”, is gripping, emotional and Taylor’ jokingly suggest potential sponsor- Kleenex come on board.
