Chuck Hadden, President & CEO, Michigan Manufacturers Association, discusses with Jeffrey Mosher, the June 13th Grand Opening of Plant 12 for Spartan Motors, Inc. in partnership with Isuzu North America in Charlotte, MI, an 85,000-sq-ft assembly plant constructed in the past 14 months through $6.5M in investment and bringing more than 100 jobs to Spartan Motors and the region.
He recaps his particpation in a panel presentation up at the 2017 Mackinac Policy Conference and support of an initiative AARP Michigan has proposed connected retirees back into the Talent pool.
Chuck then reviews partnering with the SME Education Foundation’s PRIME® program which is nurturing school students into the professional trades.
