Debra talks with Patricia Malone, CFO, COO Armor Express, about creating new business processes. And that will also be her session topic coming up in August for the Michigan Lean Consortium’s 7th Annual Conference in Traverse City. Here is a bit about Patricia:
Patricia Malone is presently the CFO/COO for Armor Express, an International manufacturer of Body Armor located in Central Lake, MI. Patricia has 20+ years of experience in Financial Management, strategic planning, LEAN principles, Business Process Management, and Project Management, across a broad industry spectrum. Prior to Armor Express, Patricia was SR. Director of Business Process Transformation for Sun Edison. Patricia holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Her research interest is building strategic capacity and her passion is Lean leadership.
