December 19, 2017 – Attorney General Bill Schuette wants you to know how to protect yourself from the iTunes gift card scam impacting Michigan consumers.
The scam occurs when a caller demands immediate payment with an iTunes gift card for things such as taxes, hospital bills, bail money, debt collection, and utility bills.
The Alert educates Michigan consumers about this scam and includes tips on how to spot, stop, and report the scam.
