At Nucraft Furniture Company, Rob shares that they really wanted to transform their culture. First starting with what our desired culture must be to achieve the desired 27% growth over three years and then went to the people. By conducting a cultural assessment or our associates we armed ourselves with the data needed to set short term-plans for improvement.

Interestingly, we have figure out a connection to these behaviors to our bottom line financial growth, which as the behaviors improve so does our organizations KPIs. This has provided two record quarters back-to-back. Imagine everyone engaging in an organization and with each layer striving for the desired behaviors which collectively equate to company growth and success.

It becomes a great place to work when you focus on respect for every individual, as one example, and the output is company growth.
