Michael Terry is the former Pit Master for Rubbed, Smoked & Sauced BBQ, a competition BBQ team that traveled and competed across the country. They competed in some notable competitions such as The Jack Daniels invitational, Jim Beam invitationals and Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) Royal put on annually in Kansas City. Rubbed, Smoked & Sauced BBQ placed consistently in the top third in the KCBS National Rankings. Michael has also created, judged and competed in a number of Chili Cook-Offs. He is willing to share his experience with us from both a competitor and an Organizer point of view. So, if you are looking for some new events for your organization, this might be a great Zoom meeting to check out.
