The 13 second-stage women business owners that made up the 2025-26 cohort of the Women’s Entrepreneurial Fellowship have officially graduated! You know what that means, right? Applications are open for the next cohort, commencing this October.
The Fellowship is for established women business owners who have moved beyond the startup phase and are now navigating the complex challenges of scaling their companies. We combine mentorship with group learning sessions, connecting you with Michigan’s top business leaders and a network of experienced entrepreneurs. This is a place for growth, strategy, and—most importantly—community.

While the Fellowship is built for what comes after, the Women’s Owners Network is the program for what comes first. This six-month program is built for the one-woman shop—the smaller business that needs integrated support to get you to your next chapter. We tackle themes of leadership, finance, operations, capital access, while also providing structured support for the isolation, emotional volatility, and decision fatigue that defines owning your own business. Apply by September 30th to join our first session in November 2026.

Uncomfortable Conversations: The PauseSeptember 24 @ 4:30–7 p.m.The next Uncomfortable Conversation is about what perimenopause and menopause look like, what women need to know, what legal accommodations employers are required to make, and what all of this means for business owners and the people who work for them. This isn’t just a women’s health issue; it’s a workplace issue, a business issue, and a conversation that is long overdue. |
