The Michigan Business Network invites you to take the Q2 2026 Michigan Business Future Index (MFBI) survey. Your feedback is kept confidential but gives us the data needed to fight for small to midsize business growth in Michigan. The last MFBI showed that inflation, tariffs, healthcare costs, and a reduction in demand were all creating significant drag on growth and sustainability. We’ve traveled across the state, including Lansing, to increase awareness of these challenges and recruit others to join in the fight to reduce them.
