University of Michigan-Flint and its College of Innovation and Technology invite industry leaders to a dynamic exchange on technology innovation. The session is designed to bridge real-world industry needs with emerging university capacity. It will spotlight the teams behind UM-Flint’s new NSF-funded GRANTED and EPIIC projects, emerging university research in mobility and cybersecurity, and opportunities to engage the university’s growing applied learning ecosystem.
Representatives from technology, manufacturing, health care, and transportation sectors are encouraged to attend to meet with industry and university colleagues to discuss the challenges they’re facing today—and the breakthroughs needed for tomorrow. These insights will help shape collaborative pathways and inform how U-M Flint can design problem-solving research projects and develop industry-relevant training for students to meet industry needs.
The event will kick off with a brief presentation and then transition to a roundtable exchange between industry partners and university representatives.
