BBB® of Michigan Announces Finalists for 2025 Torch Awards for Ethics
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — [OCT. 13, 2025] — The Better Business Bureau® of Michigan is proud to announce the finalists for its 2025 Torch Awards for Ethics, recognizing businesses that demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to integrity, trust, and community service.
This year’s awards mark a special milestone — the first Torch Awards ceremony since BBB Serving Eastern Michigan and BBB Serving Western Michigan united earlier this year to form BBB of Michigan.
The 2025 Torch Awards for Ethics Luncheon will take place Monday, November 10 at 11:00 a.m. at the Schoolcraft College VisTaTech Center in Livonia, Michigan. Tickets to the ceremony are available for $25 each and can be purchased at BBB.org/miawards.
“We’re honored to recognize these outstanding Michigan businesses that lead with integrity and heart,” said Lisa Frohnapfel, President & CEO of BBB of Michigan. “This year’s event is especially meaningful as we come together as one statewide organization to celebrate the very best of ethical business across Michigan.”
The event’s keynote address will be delivered by Mark S. Lee, founder of The Lee Group, an independent marketing consulting firm specializing in branding, communications, and professional development. Lee also teaches marketing at Eastern Michigan University, Madonna University and Northwood University, and is a well-known business columnist, coach, and media contributor.
“I’m honored to serve as keynote speaker for the BBB of Michigan’s Torch Awards,” said Lee. “In my work with businesses across the region, I see firsthand the innovation and integrity driving Michigan’s economy. The BBB plays a vital role in upholding trust and ethics in the marketplace, and I’m proud to help celebrate that mission. I’m looking forward to sharing my thoughts and insights as part of this celebration.”
