In a culinary tour of Detroit’s most iconic neighborhoods, you can look forward to the Eastern Market station, featuring a cherry bacon carving station, beef tenderloin, and creamy mashed potatoes. We’ll also have an elevated taco bar from the Mexican Village station, and classic Polish delights like stuffed cabbage and pierogi at the Polish Market. The Greektown station will offer fresh Greek salad, spinach pie, and kabobs, with baklava for dessert.

For a final flourish, each station will have unique dessert options, plus a sheet cake with vanilla and cherry creme filling and a chocolate cake with cannoli filling.
