Approach to Federal Grantmaking Takes Worrisome Turn

Experts warn these measures threaten scientific independence, disrupt ongoing research, and create uncertainty for universities, labs, and innovators. MichBio emphasizes the importance of safeguarding merit-based funding to protect research integrity and innovation.
