Their theme for this year was Be A Transformer 2019 Annual Conference – It was for those looking to deepen their knowledge on Lean and meet other Lean practitioners from across all different industries!  Approximately 16 joined them at the 2019 Conference in Traverse City at the Hagerty Center.

This year they were focused on Being a Transformer with keynote speakers Dan Vermeesch and Shannon Flumerfelt. Learning how people were able to create organizational change while utilizing Lean principles. In addition to our two amazing keynote speakers, there were many great active learning sessions and on Friday some unique “Go & See” opportunities.
