Chris Holman talks with Dr. Alfredo de La Fe MD who specializes in Diagnostic Radiology at Sparrow Health systems. They talk about Sparrows new 3-D mammography machine. Dr. de La Fe informs Chris that 3-D mammogram is really valuable in detecting suspicious problems in the tissue that normally could not be seen. This is cutting edge technology just incorporated early fall 2015 that has decreases the number of biopsies but detecting more cancers.
