Flint, MI, July 2022 – 100K Ideas is excited to announce their upcoming August fundraiser, the Mystery Box Auction. This is not like your typical auction and has a unique twist. Bidders will not know what is included in the box they are bidding on, just the name of the company or vendor who provided the items. After bidding is complete, the items of each box will be revealed. This auction will highlight and include mystery boxes for auction from 100K Ideas’ clients, as well as 100K Ideas’ Circle of Friends. 100K Ideas’ Circle of Friends is a network of local vendors and small businesses we have partnered with to help ideas move forward. The auction provides our clients and Circle of Friends the opportunity to inform the community about their work.
This event will be held on August 25, 2022, at the Ferris Wheel Building (615 S. Saginaw St. Flint, MI 48502), starting at 6:30 PM.
The funds raised for the event will be reinvested in supporting our direct client services. These services include providing research assessments for aspiring entrepreneurs and next-step service assistance (e.g. CAD Design, Prototyping, Website Development, Logo Design, and more!), to help people move their ideas forward and closer to reaching the market.
“The Mystery Box Auction is a new and exciting way to promote the amazing clients and their progress with their businesses. We also want to recognize our Circle of Friends and their incredible support” Vivian Wiliams, Community Engagement Coordinator of 100K Ideas.
This event is made possible through the generosity and support of the Hagerman Foundation Fund of the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, 3Sixty Interactive, and The Ferris Wheel.
