Collective Metrics presents the changing landscape of metric collection and impact measurement. We will identify emerging trends in client tracking, and the latest best practices for incubators, accelerators and other support organizations. Topics will include how to eliminate data redundancy, reducing survey fatigue and standardizing data collection. Additionally, this session will highlight how data can help raise funding, and improve internal programs. 

This will be an open discussion which will include statewide Entrepreneurial Support Organizations, SmartZones and MEDC.
