At the National Coin & Bullion Association (NCBA) meeting on August 7, 2024 in Rosemont, Illinois, Liberty Coin Service’s Communications Officer Patrick A. Heller was honored twice. For his efforts in helping Wisconsin adopt a precious metals bullion and coin sales tax exemption this year he received the NCBA Diane Piret Memorial Outstanding Service Award. For his contributions toward Kentucky adopting a precious metals bullion, coin, and paper money sales tax exemption this year, Heller was bestowed with the Legislative Award.
