The Sheth Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to develop and recognize scholars and scholarship in marketing globally and further the development of marketing thought. The discussion involves Dr. Sheth’s thinking behind starting the Sheth Foundation, the impact that the Sheth Foundation has and can have, and using the Sheth Foundation in a very positive sense as “academic activism” that can motivate others to philanthropically give back more to academe.
